The Day of Package includes:

• Two hours of face to face planning
• A Coordinator & an assistant on the wedding site for 10 hours the day of the wedding
• Help and guidance for the rehearsal dinner
• Help with set up or tear down for the wedding and reception
• A light breakfast, or lunch for the bride and groom
• An emergency kit for the wedding day

Let’s face it, the month before your wedding there are many things that need to be done. With Planning4You LLC as your guide, everything can be done with ease. We can help make your wedding day the best it can be!

The Month Of Package includes:

• Two hours of face to face planning the week of the wedding.
• A Coordinator & an assistant on the wedding site for 10 hours the day of the wedding
• 8 additional hours of face to face planning the month of the wedding
• Help with any party favors, table decorations, invitations, etc
• Finalize any plans with vendors
• Help with arranging any out of town guest accommodations
• Help and guidance for the rehearsal dinner
• Help with set up or clean up for the wedding and reception
• A light breakfast, or lunch for the bride and groom
• An emergency kit for the wedding day
• All of this and more for only $750.00

Peace of Mind:

This is exactly what it sounds like. Planning4You LLC, at your disposal for the duration of your planning process*. From phone calls to the final touches on your wedding day we will be with you every step of the way.
There is also a discount for using at least one of our preferred vendors!

The Full Service Package includes:

• A Coordinator & an assistant on the wedding site for 10 hours the day of the wedding (Including set-up and tear down)
• 8 hours of planning per month*
• Help with any party favors, table decorations, save the dates, invitations, etc
• Locating, contracting, and finalizing vendors
• Arrange any out of town guest accommodations
• Guidance for the rehearsal dinner (up to one hour)
• A light breakfast, or lunch for the bride and groom
• An emergency kit for the wedding day
• Deal with unpleasant people and situations
• All of this and more for only $2500

Q & A Session:

Bring all your questions to our office, or any location, and we will go over all the answers with you. Anything from how much things should cost, to how to set up a beautiful centerpiece, we are here to answer any question. This package is for the bride and groom who want to plan by themselves, but need a little help. I will be your little help!
This package is $50 per hour.

Birthday, Anniversary, etc Parties

These packages will be based on an hourly rate and are quoted by event. Prices will depend on depth of need and vendors acquired. Again, you will get a discount for using Planning4You LLC vendors and you will also get a discount from those vendors!
